Did you know that being single is a God-given vocation? The world and our sinful flesh want us to see and live our singleness apart from God's good and gracious will. What does God have to say about our singleness? What does it mean to be single in the church? How do we live out our vocation as a single person? These are all questions that we will seek to answer during our retreat. This uplifting retreat is open to all single individuals--single, divorced, or widowed.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him. The LORD is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.
