Prayers of thanksgiving are requested at the birth of August Christopher Neugebauer, born April 25. August is the son of Pastor Nathan and Anna Neugebauer, St. John’s, Revillo, and Bethlehem, rural Milbank.
Also keep in your prayers the Terry Huber family. Mary Jo Huber, the wife of Rev. Terry Huber, was called to glory on May 3, 2023. Her funeral is Tuesday, May 9, 10:30 a.m., at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Clayton (rural Emery). Terry and Mary Jo recently retired here from Nebraska, where Terry served congregations in Bazile Mills and Verdigre. Terry resides at 42792 260th Street, Emery, SD 57332. God keep the Huber family in His care, even as they celebrate Mary Jo’s life in the presence of our Lord!
